Atico: two bedroom apartment situated in the pedestrian zone of the village, a breath away from cafés and nightlife, just 150 meters from the beach. on the third floor with a sunny roof terrace. beautifully furnished with air conditioning. located just 100 meters from the apartments "Old town" and "Downtown". two bedrooms, one with a double and one with two single beds; those can be made up as two singles, or as a double bed. living - dining room with open fireplace and satelite TV; dining area with either two wicker chairs or four wooden folding chairs. a narrow but functioning kitchen and a very small shower bath. this apartment only allows a maximum of four guests. on the third floor, no elevator, sunny roof terrace with table and chairs as well as two lounge chairs and hammock for the real holiday feel. air conditioning in the living room, ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room, electric heating, fireplace, TV, via digital and canal plus, DVD, stereo system with CD, glass hob, electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer. in the pedestrian zone that expands to most of the centre of the village. closed to all boutiques, shops, cafés, bars and nightlife. just a little stroll down to the beach and its long promenade or the sights of Sitges.

The apartment is self-catering. An initial supply of materials for the kitchen and bathroom are there for your use and, we hope, replacement.

CLEANING:
The apartment is cleaned before and after your stay. Bed linen and towels are replaced twice a week. Rubbish should be placed in appropriate skips.

AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING:
Please switch off when you are not in the apartment.

WATER:
For drinking, it is always recommended that you buy bottled water.
