Benaprès

Benaprès: great apartment located on the second
floor, with a lift. It has lovely views over the last remaining
vineyard in Sitges.
In the Poble Sec area, just a short 7 minutes stroll to the
beaches of Sant Sebastian and town centre. This apartment
is just 20 meters up the road from "Santiago"
It is light, airy with cool tiled floors. Two bedrooms, one
with a double bed and one with two twin beds. Double sofa
bed in the livingroom, comfortable for 4, sleeps 6.
Located in the lounge/diner, the kitchen is a small galley
kitchen, but very well equipped. The dining area has a table
for 6 and the lounge has 2 sofas. Through the large, glass
double doors; there is a small balcony with table and chairs
offering lovely views over the vineyard. There is separate
bathroom, with full bath.
TV, DVD, CD-Stereo, hob oven, fridge-freezer, microwave,
kettle, toaster, iron, coffee maker, air conditioning, fans
and central heating.

low season: 01 nov - 30 april
mid season: 01 may - 15 june and 16 sept - 31 oct
high season: 16 june - 15 sept and carnival and easter

| Walking disabled and wheelchair friendly: one
tiny step into the entrance, then all even going to the new
(posh!) elevator. Bathroom has a 67 cm wide door and a straight
shot to the sink with a pedastol to get a wheelchair underneath.
But, will not fit wheelchair between toilet and bidet to get
to the bathtub. The double bedroom is very spacious to wheel
around the bed, the twin bedroom would need one bed taking out.
Plenty of room as well in the living- dining area. At the end
of the road are two elevators that take you underneath the railway
line and right into the village centre. These are - most of
the time - functioning, after all we are in Spain! The walk
to the nearest ramp is only 10 minutes longer, and there are
maps of all walking options available in the flat. |
