and tear is expected exceptional damage will be charged.

SUPPLIES:
The apartment is self-catering. An initial supply of materials for the kitchen
and bathroom are there for your use and, we hope, replacement.
CLEANING:
The apartment is cleaned before and after your stay. Bed linen and towels are
replaced twice a week. Rubbish should be placed in appropriate skips.
AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING:
Please switch off when you are not in the apartment.
WATER:
For drinking, it is always recommended that you buy bottled water.
