Santiago: expansive three bedroom ground floor apartment with a modern cool summery beach feel. high ceilings give a sense of space as does the private patio filled with plenty of greenery. this is a place you can chill out and enjoy your holiday in the sun.
located in the quiet Sitges residential area of Poble Sec, the flat is across the street from the last remaining vineyard in town. from the front door it only takes seven minutes to stroll to the beaches of Sant Sebastian and even less time to reach the town's center.

this apartment is just 20 meters down the road from "Benaprés" and 150 meters from "Ocean view"

the apartment has three bedrooms and sleep six guests. two bedrooms with double beds. third bedroom comes with two single beds. separate dining room, living room and kitchen. the dining room has a table for six and the lounge has two sofas and two lounge chairs. innovative lighting is found throughout with dimmers and above-the-floor blue halogen mood lights. one bedroom sports a glass-brick wet room complete with shower, toilet/sink and halogen blue lights. additionally, there is one communal bathroom with bath/shower/sink and one communal toilet room with sink and shower attachment for in-sink shampoos.

out back is a very private patio with its collection of tropical plants, high white walls and more blue halogen mood lights. it also contains a dining table and chairs for six people.

other amenities include: 42-inch wall-mounted flat screen TV, panasonic theatre surroundsound DVD/CD/MPEG3 system, sky TV, gas hob, electric oven, large fridge freezer, microwave with grill capability, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, fans and central heating.
additionally, one bedroom has a stand-alone CD/MPEG 3 music system while another bedroom has a stand-alone TV/DVD system.

AC to be installed in may, 2007 as will two patio awnings for complete privacy and shade.

The apartment is self-catering. An initial supply of materials for the kitchen and bathroom are there for your use and, we hope, replacement.

The apartment is cleaned before and after your stay. Bed linen and towels are replaced twice a week. Rubbish should be placed in appropriate skips.

AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING:
Please switch off when you are not in the apartment.

WATER:
For drinking, it is always recommended that you buy bottled water.
