We aim to make your holiday rental the most relaxing possible
in the hope that you will not only have an exceedingly splendid
stay with us this time but that you (and your discerning friends,
family and colleagues) will come back to us again to provide
you with suitable holiday accommodation.
We will provide you with a personal service so often lacking
with other holiday rental providers.
First of all, we will meet you at the local train, bus or
taxi station (or any other local point of easy reference)
and take you to your holiday apartment.
We will walk and talk you through your chosen accommodation
explaining how everything works and answer your questions
on the amenities and facilities in your chosen holiday destination.
You can rest assured that fresh linen and towels will be
provided twice a week during your stay. Should you wish cleaning
of the flat this can be easily arranged, at an extra charge.
Included in the price is the final cleaning after you leave
as well as all utility bills.
We can arrange other services to help enhance your stay:
from airport transfers, baby sitters, food deliveries, interpretations
or excursions.
All the apartments that are part of our rental network promise
you the highest standards of welcome and cleanliness. You
will find each owner has provided you with life’s essentials
for your arrival so you won’t need to worry about basic
bathroom and kitchen necessities.
We can deal with all of your queries in a number of languages
(English, Spanish, German and French being our strong points).
You will always have someone at the end of a local phone
call should an emergency arise to be able to offer advice.
