Nikoleta is a beautifully decorated 4 bedroom apartment at the very centre of Sitges. It is fully air-conditioned throughout. It has a large fully equipped kitchen including washing machine and microwave. Large living room with a dinning table for up to eight people, two large sofas to relax on, TV (we hope to have satellite TV installed soon), DVD and also has a large balcony. It can accommodate up to eight people. Access to private swimming pool. Easy access to all amenities. Very close to all the bars and clubs and only 400 meters from the beach.

Even entrance to the "almost big enough" elevator. foot rests have to be removed to fit in and person in the wheelchair can not reach to buttons. assistance needed. Bathroom doors are not wide enough for standart wheelchair, will fit some when doors taken out. The bedrooms are very small, problematic to fit wheelchair next to the bed to lift a person into the bed. Generally difficult to get wheelchair around the corners of the hallways inside the flat. Pool acess with a big step only, comunity has a ramp in discussion.

The apartment is self-catering. An initial supply of materials for the kitchen and bathroom are there for your use and, we hope, replacement.

CLEANING:
The apartment is cleaned before and after your stay. Bed linen and towels are replaced twice a week. Rubbish should be placed in appropriate skips.

AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING:
Please switch off when you are not in the apartment.

WATER:
For drinking, it is always recommended that you buy bottled water.
