beware: this apartment has great views since it is on the fourth floor, but no elevator. it is an old building, so the stairs are steep, only recommended for physically fit guests.
on the beautiful street Joan Maragall, two minutes from the beach Sant Sebastian and five minutes from the center of town in a quiet residential area.

The apartment is self-catering. An initial supply of materials for the kitchen and bathroom are there for your use and, we hope, replacement.

CLEANING:
The apartment is cleaned before and after your stay. Bed linen and towels are replaced twice a week. Rubbish should be placed in appropriate skips.

AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING:
Please switch off when you are not in the apartment.

WATER:
For drinking, it is always recommended that you buy bottled water.
